Eggless
Every cake can be
made eggless.
Not a separate short menu, and not an afterthought — anything in the gallery can be made without egg, at the same size, the same design and the same price. The crumb and the keeping quality are the same too. Most people cannot tell which one they were served.
It is the reason a lot of families in Evans, Georgia order from us in the first place: when part of the table is vegetarian, one eggless cake means nobody is left out.

Hi, I'm Pooja.
Passion Baked started the way most good bakeries do: making cakes for people I knew, for days that mattered to them. Word traveled around Evans, Georgia, and it grew from there.
Everything is baked to order in small batches — no freezers, no bought-in sponges. I'll happily talk you out of a design that won't travel well in a Georgia summer, and just as happily attempt one nobody has asked me for before.
If you have an idea, a photo, or just a date and a vague feeling about colors, that's enough to start a conversation.
How to order
Four steps, no mystery.
Most cakes need around 2 weeks notice — tiered and wedding cakes closer to 4 weeks. If your date is sooner than that, still ask; we can sometimes fit it in.
Tell us about the day
The date, roughly how many people, and any idea you already have. A screenshot or a color is plenty to work from.
We design and quote
You get a description of what we would make and a firm price. Adjust it as many times as you like — nothing is fixed yet.
Confirm with a deposit
A deposit secures your date in the diary. The balance is due the week of collection.
Collect or delivered
Collection from Evans is preferred — it is free, and a cake travels best when you drive it home yourself. Local delivery across Columbia County and the greater Augusta area can be arranged.

Do you make eggless cakes?
Yes — any cake we make can be made eggless, at the same size, design and price. It is not a separate short menu or a substitute recipe bolted on; the texture and keeping quality are the same. Just say so when you get in touch.
How far in advance should I order a custom cake?
Around 2 weeks for most cakes, and closer to 4 weeks for tiered or wedding cakes. Popular dates go early, so it is worth asking sooner even if the details are not settled.
How much does a custom cake cost?
It depends on size, number of tiers and how much detail the design needs — so every cake is quoted individually. Tell us your budget up front and we will design to it rather than over it.
Do you deliver to Augusta and the surrounding areas?
Collection from Evans is preferred — it is free, and a cake travels best when you drive it home yourself. Local delivery across Columbia County and the greater Augusta area can be arranged.
Do you make Indian sweets and mithai?
We do — Indian fusion mithai including pistachio rose barfi, coconut basbousa and our kniderella bars. It is made to order for festivals and gifting rather than sold as single boxes, so it works best ordered alongside a cake or as a larger festival order. Ask and we will tell you what is possible for your date.
Can you make cakes for Indian weddings and ceremonies?
Yes. We make tiered cakes with hand-piped mehndi and paisley detailing for weddings and engagements, as well as cakes for mundan, naming ceremonies and other family occasions.
Can you copy a cake I have seen?
We can work from a photo as inspiration and make our own version of it. We will not pass off another baker's exact design as ours, and we will always tell you honestly if something will not work at the size you need.
Can you cater for allergies?
Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to state food safety inspections. Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, almonds, pistachios, pecans and cashews, so we cannot guarantee any bake is free from traces of these allergens.

The usual favorites are always available, and we are glad to try something specific if you have one in mind. Just ask when you get in touch.
